 HF Richardson Real Estate was built in conjunction with my friends at Grindstone Creative in Victoria. Grindstone provided the excellent design and Viperfish was engaged to code the Joomla template and develop the Joomla functionality. The unique feature of this site is that it looks and behaves like 2 completely separate sites but is managed from one Joomla installation. The dual site functionality uses standard Joomla features. Multisite components were assessed but none were considered stable or easy enough for us to confidently recommend to our client. Instead, two separate templates were built with module positions unique to each. The contents displayed in each template is managed in the Joomla backend. This site's main feature is the EZRealty component which is developed in Australia by Raptor Services. The component was highly modified with custom search results pages and listing pages.
