Design Assist Partners contacted Viperfish to redesign their ageing (translated: "UGLY!!") 1999 designed website. With lots of content to be organised into various sections of the site, Joomla was the obvious choice.
The site features;
- Highly modified Rocket Theme template. The Rocket Theme template was chosen for it's excellent javascript functionality which enabled us to showcase a lot of information on the home page in scrolling/rotating modules with very little falling below the fold.
- Facile Forms with an intuitive and invisible anti-spam feature (separate article on this coming soon).
- SEO features include XMAP (sitemap), SH404SEF (search freindly URLs), Google Analytics (stats) and JoomSEO by Phill Brown (Metadata enhancement).
- Easy eXtended Gallery.
- JWAllVideos.
- Java FTP client which allows DAP's clients to use FTP through the site to upload and download files to and from the DAP server.
