Need an update? Treat me like a child. Seriously.

We maintain many different types of websites across a diverse range of industries. So when requesting assistance, it's best to treat us like children. No need to be condescending, just be as specific as possible.

Most web devs and designers maintain multiple sites. We have dozens of sites that we maintain for clients in addition to our new development projects. So when we get an email request like "our page isn't displaying properly. Can you have a look at it asap?" or "add these pictures to my homepage" we often scratch out heads and don't know where to start.

We understand you only have one website. We maintain many different types of websites across a diverse range of industries. So when requesting assistance, it's best to treat us like children. No need to be condescending, just be as specific as possible.

  • What page are you talking about. What is the URL?
  • If there are problems with layout please be specific as it may be related to your browser version or other factors.
  • Do you want your images in a gallery or listed down the page.
  • What text do you need changed.
  • What do you need it changed to.
  • When do you need it.
